I have looked into it and the legality of it is dubious at best, I have since spoken to someone who paid £250 just for a skull from some dodgy guy in camden so we definitely got a baargain. We found a little brass plaque on it and did a little digging on teh t'interwebz and Jo was originally an anatomical model at a school sometime in the late 1800's - early 1900's

...yes that is a rubber vulture on top of the skeleton in our living room, we have fairly poor taste when it comes to décor it seems...
