Testicle problems
As a child my brother and I had many violent fights; mostly ending him being in tears as he's soft as shit. Or perhaps because I'm a nasty bugger.

More than once I kicked him in the balls, which isn't so unusual from a younger sister but the extent to which I did was borne out years later when he had to go into hospital with a twisted nut (not caused by me, these things can happen by themselves, apparantly). After they sorted it the doctor mentioned that he already had "excessive scarring" in there and could have problems conceiving children later in life.
