This is a question Irrational Hatred

People who say "less" when they mean "fewer" ought to be turned into soup, the soup fed to baboons and the baboons fired into an active volcano. What has you grinding your teeth with rage, and why?

This is equally annoying
I bet they never get caught either. But the time I drive at 91.2 on the motorway and I get pulled over within 5 mins.

Have you been following me?

Yes!
Especially if you need to get somewhere, and you're stuck behind someone doing 40 on a single lane, NSL A-road, and then when you hit a village they still do 40. Clearly not arsed about speed limits, so just get a move on

"Clearly not arse about speed limits." How do you work that out? They're limits, not recommended speeds. Yes, driving slow can be very inconsiderate, but learn to chill out a little of you do get stuck behind idiots like these. Getting worked up is just going to make you more likely to do something fact and dangerous to yourself and others (been there, done that).

I think his point is that they continue do 40 in a village where the limit will normally be 30, thus ignoring the limit.

They tend to speed up a bit going into the 30s
being that visibility is generally better through the villages in my neck of the dark and winding woods. Easy to spot them, you can see them trying to communicate to their passengers by waving their hands around.
