Heh...
The old "have kids yourself..." argument. Some people do have kids and manage to stop them doing things like this. Some people, amazingly, do not want kids or can't have them.

Why not just make sure they do as they're told? I see plenty of parents who actually manage to give their kids into trouble and stick to their guns when they do wrong. A crying child for a few minutes is annoying, but a disobedient one forever is worse.

Also, I do have children. I have four of them, none off whom I've ever needed to stand in a trolley to get them round a supermarket. The wee built in seat for toddlers is different but an able bodied eight year old standing in a trolley ? Well, you can say whatever you like but I know it's wrong.
