JobsworthynessMaking people fill out 3 pages of forms to get a logon account and then telling them they've done it wrong and making them do it again. The look on their face is priceless, although usually only do this to moany bitch people who are like "I dont need to fill in the forms i'm so and so blah blah" makes it all the more satisfying to know i've wasted a twunts time!
