Because I can.I work for a car rental company, whenever I get a customer through the door I just don't like the look of or their attitude I always make sure they are walking away and always find a reason not to rent anything to them, reservation or otherwise. Doesn't benefit me at all other than the smug satisfaction of having fucked someones day up for the sake of it...
