"Is Deborah in" (my solicitor)
"Erm, what?"
"Is Deborah In?"
"Er, yes"
"Can I have a quick word"
"You can't see a partner without an appointment"
"Oh, is she busy"
"No"
"Can I make an appointment then?"
"Yes...When for?"
"Now."
