you TELL the little snot to get off the bike. if he throws a tantrum, let his tyres down. when he starts crying, tell him that if he doesn't shut the fuck up, you won't be pumping them back up again. if they're giving in to him at that age, they're going to have a spoilt brat on their hands in no time.
