£1200 here toobut we went Bankrupt and it was partly due to Lloyds not helping us when we needed it. Was it really so hard to let us speak to someone who understood our language, they did not have to be in the UK! We are all for giving work to the third world, but sometimes when a Customer service rep says "Sorry I do not understand" for the fifth time, even I can lose my cool! I hope that the board of Lloyds all get leprosy.
