Reminds me ofwhen i was a customer of 0800 2 Go, back in the days of dial-up.
Seem to remember they blamed loss of connectivity on the September 11th attacks, which is about as low as you can get. (A British company blaming attacks in the US as the reason their network was down?)
I think they went out of business soon after.
