not so far fetchedi saw a friend accidentally slice a very big lump out of the side of his hand with an industrial laser, didnt feel a thing.
the ones used in surgery are typically 30W, this was 3KW (metal cutting co2 laser), it sliced it in an instant, with a neat puff of smoke ...
