My Nan and I used to sweep the trays of the old 2p push machines in seaside arcades.An afternoon of free entertainment, if you're amused by paying on the 2p push machines.

We used to have a long row of phone boxes in the town centre.Every time I went down town I'd see the same guy who used to spend his days hanging around that area, diving into any booth recently vacated and raking around in the change trays in case of stray 10 pence pieces. I guess he must have made a few quid otherwise he wouldn't have bothered.
Haven't seen him for years, chances are he died of a needlestick injury.
