This is a question Little Victories

I recently received a £2 voucher from a supermarket after complaining vociferously about the poor quality of their own-brand Rich Tea biscuits, which I spent on more tasty, tasty biscuits. Tell us about your trivial victories that have made life a tiny bit better.

So, you're saying that
a woman's place is in the kitchen, washing up but, if she's lucky, she might be able to get out of it once in a while?

not at all
i believe that couples should always share the household chores. if, however, it's her turn to wash the dishes and she's tired or just doesn't want to, she can use the voucher to get him to do it instead.
now, i know you may say that if they love each other e should be happy to do the dishes without complaint and vice versa, but come on, it never works like that. some of the worst arguments couples have are over the pettiest of things, dishwashing included.

She also needs to hold down a full time job to buy beer.
