You are me, AICMFPAt least, you sound like you're in exactly the same job situation as me i.e. you hate it, think your colleagues are somewhere between barely tolerable losers and hateful turds, keep getting shortlisted for jobs elsewhere but suddenly your experience isn't quite right when it comes to the crunch.
