Fun fact: "henge" is derived from Stonehenge, not the other way around. And having taken the word "henge" from Stonehenge, it was then decided that Stonehenge isn't technically a henge after all. Which seems a bit unfair, really.
Even funner fact: I was on the dig that rediscovered Stukeley's Beckhampton Avenue into Avebury.
