You'll be disappointedWe had that happen once. Sadly the hemp seeds in bird food have very little if any THC in them, or the plants that grow from them. Smoking them will get you no where.

Assuming you get female plantsYou can extract active components but it's a lot of work for still not very much. Of course they may be original indigenous. Hemp was widespread and widely used in the past.
