I can't remember..No one believed me when I said this, but I honestly couldn't remember doing anything to it. I just woke up one morning and it hurt.
And I wasn't pissed the night before, either, which would at least have helped to explain things. I'd gone out for a quiet couple of pints with a mate, walked home feeling fine, and gone to bed.
The fact that I couldn't identify how it had happened did, to be fair, probably contribute to their not considering a break as a hypothesis.
