I get them on my scalp frequentlyI think I've had about ten surgically removed now, which is a minor procedure. But once I had one which went septic and burst. It was incredibly satisfying to squeeze out a big gob of pus followed by yellow gunge which came out like toothpaste from a tube!
Damn thing never healed up though and I had to have it excised after a while.
