Used to have an excellent dentist called Atifand so was able to say 'I'm going to see Atif about me teeth!'
Feeble, yes, but it always kept me giggling until at least the first injection.

My dentist was nice too... but he always seemed to make my appointments for 2:30. Tooth-hurty. Geddit? It's true, though.
