Obscure Memorabilia
At home my other half has a broken piece of a piano. Just a single hammer from a broken piano. And yet this twisted bit of wood and metal is a piece from the piano that they flung in the TV series Northern Exposure. We've also got some gardening tools from the first series of Big Brother.
What wierd stuff do you own that has a history?

I've also got a ton of other obscure indie-era memorabilia
including:
Zia McCabe's (The Dandy Warhols) dog ends. (I met the band after the gig, showed my newly-claimed dog end to the band, Courtney said "that's...weird." You can talk mate.)
I also got the guitar wire from Nicky Wire's guitar at the Millennium gig the Manic Street Preachers did in Cardiff. Nicky had smashed up his bass and chucked it into the audience. I grabbed the wire. I was so happy I set up a website about it: go.to/wirewire
beware it was early 2000 so it's probably hideous, and I'm crap at doing websites anyway
