Mix Tapes
Everyone's made a mix tape (or CD, USB stick, or whatever kids do these days). Mostly to get in someone else's pants, but we're sure there are other, lesser, reasons too.
So, who did you make it for and why?
And... what was on it?

And of course you've posted none of that sort of stuff
We do consult the suggestions list. Occasionally we find something that hasn't been done already and is worth running.
I honestly thought this subject would generate something different from the usual poo stories we all know and love. Sending people music was one of the ways I used to (attempt to) communicate with people. Clearly it wasn't everybody's, but I'm amazed by the compulsion people have to post that they don't have a story. That's not interesting. It's significantly less interesting than a story with no real content even.
Creative writing shouldn't be restricted by the subject - there are people on here who can make the phone book funny and compelling. I'm surprised Legless posted what he did, but he didn't write any crap teenage poetry that he'd admit to either, so I'm not that surprised. (...and that was a joke, btw, legless)
