I thinkaccidentally. Although to be honest in the past she has shat on the back of the toilet seat. I think she has a butler at home who guides her to the pan.
As far as I could gather through the tears, and before I legged it to the nearest pub, she was coming down the (very steep) stairs and just followed through. Explosively.
Not sure about background hiss... there was heavy bass and percussion though.
I really don't want to go up or down the stairs tomorrow.
