Well, there's a legal precedent herewhich the complainants seem to be missing.
If the racetrack is built after the people moved in, and is noisy, they can legitimately sue.
If the racetrack was there before they moved in, they can get bent. Whinging fuckers.

Do you mean Castle Combe?I thought house prices there were ridiculously high, so the people who complain probably have no interest in racing. However, I had a greeat day there once on the skid-pan.
