How nerdy are you?
This week Gary Gygax, co-creator of Dungeons and Dragons, died. A whole generation of pasty dice-obsessed nerds owes him big time. Me included.
So, in his honour, how nerdy were you? Are you still sunlight-averse? What are the sad little things you do that nobody else understands?
As an example, a B3ta regular who shall remain nameless told us, "I spent an entire school summer holiday getting my BBC Model B computer to produce filthy stories from an extensive database of names, nouns, adjectives, stock phrases and deviant sexual practices. It revolutionised the porn magazine dirty letter writing industry for ever.
Revel in your own nerdiness.

Let's see...
I'm currently posting on an internet board.
While sat in a room devoted entirely to housing my various collections.
(Having enough space to house said collections is the main reason I took this flat.)
80% of my book collection is fantasy.
80% of my LP collection is 80's Rock and Metal. The rest is 70's Rock and Metal. (Alphabetised naturally)
I'm currently wearing a Project A-Ko T-shirt and I have the video programme from every single anime convention I have ever been to filed away.
I spend more on comics than I do on clothes.
Fresh air scares me.
People scare me. But I scare other people when I start talking about things I do for fun. Apparently reading for pleasure is "odd" Who knew?
I am so pale that white supremacists stop me in the street just to shake my hand.
My ideal woman would be a Japanese redhead in a chain-mail bikini.
Do I win?
Edit: I recently spent the best part of an afternoon trying to think of ways to kill the Cloverfield monster.
And I've already thought of another six things I should have mentioned first time around.
