How nerdy are you?
This week Gary Gygax, co-creator of Dungeons and Dragons, died. A whole generation of pasty dice-obsessed nerds owes him big time. Me included.
So, in his honour, how nerdy were you? Are you still sunlight-averse? What are the sad little things you do that nobody else understands?
As an example, a B3ta regular who shall remain nameless told us, "I spent an entire school summer holiday getting my BBC Model B computer to produce filthy stories from an extensive database of names, nouns, adjectives, stock phrases and deviant sexual practices. It revolutionised the porn magazine dirty letter writing industry for ever.
Revel in your own nerdiness.

Why, just today...
My friend and I were going to be reproducing music by rock bands today; however, that's where the awesomeness of rocking-out ends. Because we were going to, but we didn't.
Instead we ended up playing Dawn of War Soulstorm which he had just bought the day before (which happened to be the day it came out).
For those of you who don't know, Dawn of War is a pc game based on the table-top stratagey game Warhammer 40,000. A science fiction game my friend and I play from time to time.
Soulstorm makes Dawn of War the biggest RTS game to date, and quite possibley the nerdiest.
I've also been playing Warhammer 40,000 since I was about 3 years old, too.
I can pretty much recite the rules and statlines for nearly all the races in the game on demand.
