How nerdy are you?This week Gary Gygax, co-creator of Dungeons and Dragons, died. A whole generation of pasty dice-obsessed nerds owes him big time. Me included.
So, in his honour, how nerdy were you? Are you still sunlight-averse? What are the sad little things you do that nobody else understands?
As an example, a B3ta regular who shall remain nameless told us, "I spent an entire school summer holiday getting my BBC Model B computer to produce filthy stories from an extensive database of names, nouns, adjectives, stock phrases and deviant sexual practices. It revolutionised the porn magazine dirty letter writing industry for ever.

Geek 2 Caner 2 Gives a hoot.I was such a geek that I used to be able to wander into any store selling the BBC Model A/B and with a few presses of some keys could lock up the
pooter and freeze the display, requiring a power down and reboot, at will, much to the frustration of the spackers charged with flogging the beebs.
That was 20+ years ago and since then I've been such a caner I have A/ forgot which keys and B/ learned not to give a fuck about stuff like that.
I bet there's some lurking spod who can remember the correct key sequence.
