The steamrock - Bristol
those of you who were students in bristol during a certain halcyon period will surely remember the steamrock, and probably fondly despite its awfulness

the worst part of the whole place was undoubtedly the cooling shower of moisture dripping from the ceiling in one section of the room

as it happens, this little fountain of joy caved in one day and was found to be directly below the gents bogs.....

OMG steamrock!
Always best followed by drinking in Star and Garter or Tasties till breakfast time. Truly dreadful in every way, but it still has a special place in my heart.

Yes this...
A friend of mine (now training to be a doctor) was a little drunk and hot in Steamcock, and so decided to cool himself off in that nice little shower. It was only when he started to drink the stream the bouncers stopped him...
