I was out in Chester on Sunday night and they closed down the reflex and have opened up a 90's bar instead, have they done this across all the reflex's? Or is Chester just too trendy and ahead of the game?
All the did was replace the pics of the Hoff with pics of Will Smith and the posters with Oasis and the like...
Still was a good night though!

There is still one in Liverpool.
It is ace. Go there often (I'm only 18) The ground floor is a normal bar/club but upstairs is 80s time. I think it moved recently, from where popworld (best of 80s 90s and now, apparently) is now.
It's really strict with ID (can remember one woman saying, almost certainly with due cause "how dare you? I have a son older than you!" to one of the bouncers)

A haven of dubious ladies, shite music and blue and pink alcoholic drinks.
Great days. Not really, it was crap, but it provided entertainment.

one in matthew Street, and one on Slater street.
Both places are pants and to be avoided.
Unless you enjoy sticky floors, vomit and warm beer.

Same in Newcastle. Always a good place to go if you don't value your teeth.
Oh, and we have Flares too.

Going in on a thursday night when it is completely dead I try to go upstairs only for my face to meet a projector screen blocking the way.
Unfortunately I didn't go straight through and leave a cartoon-style Stemcefc hole in it.
As we go to leave (about 45 seconds after going in) the YMCA comes on. Cue 5-6 teenage scouse lads doing a comedy double take in front of the confused looking bouncers and legging it back in.

I've seen it's changed but haven't been there yet...good music/drinks prices?

lots of cheesey 90's stuff...
The drinks were full price all night except the woo woo cocktails but this was due to some shite 'celeb' singer who came on, lipsynced 2 songs and then buggered off...
Prob still cheap in the week tho!
