Obsolete DancingI learnt the jive when I were a young lad,
It has been with me ever since then,
My dancing skills were all that I had,
To try and impress the women.
Imagine my sheer horror the other night,
In a packed nightclub in town, quite late.
I started to jive with all my might,
In the hope of attracting a date.
A blonde lass, slim, with massive tits,
Laughed in my face as I grooved,
And my jiving had most of the girls in fits,
So I watched how the other guys moved.
They had a new style of jive, that was different to mine,
I watched the gel smothered gangs bop on the spot.
It got the girls all excited and wet,
And I realised, I should have learnt robot.
