I dunno about that, she can't even spell it.while I salute the US attitude to randomly recommending drugs that "work for them" as if that somehow means more than the combined knowledge of the medical practice, I'd recommend the general course of, y'know, taking advice from a doctor rather than the internet.
and, yeah, metachlopramide has some fucking brutal ADRs. That'll be why the FDA have a blanket warning on its usage.
