Despite gorging on ribs on Saturday night
And an Indian take-out last night, I didn't put on any weight over the weekend. Pleasantly surprising!

good lad
pending finding out what is wrong with my car, and replacing my now fucked dishwasher, I am so skint that I need to spend less on food, so should be losing some more over the coming months.

I read about this diet
Where you basically eat chicken, eggs, beef, spinach, black beans and/or lentils 6 days a week, then on the 7th pig out on whatever. I'm sceptical to say the least.

that sounds weird
my latest copy of Good Food has loads of cheap and healthy recipes that all look pretty nice, so I will be using those extensively.

I wouldn't really know what to eat with that anyway
I don't cook eggs.

I cook eggs a lot
partly because I get them free from my parents, but partly because they are very versatile and also delicious.

I could probably do with eating more
A hard-boiled egg for breakfast, for example. I just never crave them.

the more you eat, the more you will desire them
make sure you apply salt to them and you are away.

shove an egg on to boil while you shower, then mash it up and eat it on toast with salt and pepper. nom
