I don't understand why anyone thinks there is anything TO "disassociate"It's food. It's cute. Why should the two be incompatible? If people stopped being stupid and fucking anthropomorphiscising their pets and their dinner then it would hardly be an issue. I'm sure carrots look cute from some angles.
