Fucking thisIf they start letting everybody drive on the hard shoulder, where is that going to leave those special people who get to drive up it with their hazards flashing to avoid traffic jams?
Presumably they have to pay extra car tax for that privilege, so I don't really think it's fair to take that away from them.
