blearghI had a good succulent portobellio mushroom ruined by being coated in stinky stilton cheese at a dinner party last week.
A sliver of freshly grated parmesan with some parma ham, served on a bed of rocket, thinly sliced cherry tomatoes and mustard oil would have been much better
