Mostly harmless shite like chalkbut I understand your wariness. Unfortunately if you are me you know people who know the chemists who actually manufacture these things so you can know 100% what's in them. I'd never take an 'E' pill or even MDMA powder again though, as it depresses me severely. I'd advise against prolonged use of that stuff.
