Hi, Monty
I was going to try to cheer you up, but whatever I say you're going to reply with a that doesn't work or that doesn't make me happy, so I won't try.

You're not going to follow my advice, either, so I won't repeat it again.

I'll just try to avoid you getting upset with me for the day. That shouldn't be too difficult, as you're in a good mood now.

No I'm fucking not.

To what of all I said
you are replying "no"? It's confusing.

No I'm fucking not in a good mood now.
I could quite happily punch a dog to death.

I see
Maybe you'd be happier if you followed my advice? You can try for a week and see what happens... there's nothing to loose.

The only problem is
most people are quite sensitive about how others feel about them. So if he starts being overly sweet and nice, she'll feel he's up to something and will become even more paranoid

Not overly
Just say sorry for the 5mins late of the other day. Say he thought about it, he understands she was worried and that it won't happen again. And he can see how she reacts. What can he lose, he's fucked already.
