not trying to put you offI've no real idea how specialist what you do is, so you might have no problems. The issue has been (historically over the last 10 years or so) that a really high proportion of H1Bs go to programmers from the Indian subcontinent who are highly skilled but will work for half the salary of US programmers. At last count there were only about 50,000 to 100,000 H1Bs available per year. Unless Obama has repealed that particular restriction.
