Really?BT have been nothing but brilliant for me. We have a strange arrangement for the phone line in the house- in short, we don't pay for it, as it is some kind of strange business line. We tried contacting the bill payers, but no dice. Although when the line developed a fault, BT sent an engineer the next day.
