Murdoch, cunt though he undoubtably isCan justifiably argue he had no knowledge of the whole affair (I'm sure that's not true but that's not the point) as he's not responsible for the day-to-day running or even the output. He just owns the holding company. Wade/Brooks can't possibly argue the same, although I'm sure she'll try.

I think the interesting thing is to see if Ofcom go for the "unfit organisation" route.See how they get out of that.
