Kristine did nothing whatsoever to merit criticism of any kind.
Even if she had said she thinks Mrs Cocksnot has a face like a bucket of broken twats she is entirely within her rights to express that opinion without apology. That fact that she merely made a completely inoccuous remark about how this woman looks young in her considered opinion makes this whole thing even more bizarre.
