Get a balcony seat and order the chicken fajita wrap, cheap and cheerful and watch the tourists in Kensington Lane below you.
And then after whatever night out you have, get yourself along to the Market Diner, ( if its still there) exchange pleasantries with the bouncers and eat a full english breakfast served with chips and burgers at 2-3am , while earwigging to the banter of Brightons cabbies.
Gawd I miss that
