If you have a broken thyroid then you will be on medication.The animal hormone system is astonishingly well tuned. If you have a genuine hormonal problem (like diabetes) and have to manage it yourself then you will know how hard it is. The body does it all by magic for 99.99% of the population.
Sadly, a portion of those 99.99% are lazy slobs who can't take responsibility for their own weakness and blame their grotesqueness on imaginary ailments.
