I had heard that warm water is better than coldfor the same reason that you use hot water when wet shaving your face. Either way, it still bloody canes.
And, having disastrously attempted to cut my fringe whilst pissed before, I can say with absolute certainty that it's not a good idea to trim any pubic topiary whilst high.
