Shortlist has a few idea'sI wouldn't normally recommend food advice from a faux lad mag, but having noticed their 'how to build your own barbecue' and 'smoke a trout' articles in this morning's copy, i had a look on their website this afternoon and they've got a few good BBQ things.
the marinade one could be put on what ever you decide is exotic enough... i reckon you should go with skinned chinchilla
