Typically, my fight with BT has been rendered pointlessas, despite the "Help"desk denying any knowledge of a fault, somebody else inside that monolithic bastard organisation seems to have noticed and fixed it.
Drives me up the fucking wall. Left hand, right hand, no fucking idea.
