Pfftthey'd never be so stupid as to do something like that to their tourist revenues. And when last I went I was very well behaved; we just got giggly in the back of the coffee shop and played card games. Some of the locals even commented on how nice we were.

yeah, it sounded unlikely to methey also say that if they did that it would attract more attention and get more of their young people doing it.
I was well behaved last time I was there too. Got nicely wasted in a coffee shop then went for a walk along the canals.
