I'm suprised there is such a long wait for an ambulance at that time of day on a weekday.Out of hours/weekends they're understandably busy still, not a good show.
What was the cause of collapse?
Apologies on behalf of NHS staff. Honestly make a complaint, it's a bit of a ballache but complaints are taken seriously. Policy and procedures is nearly constanly monitored and if a complaint is upheald they may change them.
