I'm not a smokerbut a work colleague who's been on 20+ a day since he was in his teens (he's now nearing 50) has been put on Champits(sp?) tablets. He's now 40+ days without a fag.
However, he comes off the tablets in a few weeks, so that'll be the real test.

I've heard some horror stories about those tablets - panic attacks etc. (

Apparently it does have potentially suicidal side-effectsHowever he's a grumpy bastard at the best of times, so it's hard to tell.
