I don't like dubstep much either, except for Benga, Burial, Pinch, Shackleton, Martyn, Mount Kimbie and the entire UK Funky sub genre.
I quite like post dubstep though.

Burial is superb. But I tend to think of his stuff as post-garage rather than dubstep.

Burial is superb. And he doesn't rely on huge sub basses or half time 140 bpms.
He does use 8 bar two step though, hence the post-garage tag.

Mount Kimbie and James Blake are post dubstep.
Burial can't feasibly be post-dubstep as he started releasing records in 2006.
