Her music was fourth rate at best. Her record company were clever in their marketing to portray her as a "tortured genius" as she had multiple dependency issues. A load of people with no musical taste believed the hype and ignored the fact she sounded like Vic Reeves doing his club singer impression.
You'll never see a post from me about getting wasted on drugs - not my thing. You'll certainly see vapid shit though.
